Daniel Jacobs
design engineer
I am a design engineer specializing in the modeling, simulation, and interface design of complex
systems. My work spans agent-based simulations, digital twins, and wearable sensing and feedback
control. I have a background in data science and earned a master’s degree in product design from
MIT, where my work focused on computational design, human-computer interaction, sensing systems, and
the integration of physical and digital products.
I work end-to-end, from hardware, firmware, and 3D modeling to simulation software, data science, and
system-level design.
